I have downloaded a fillable PDF form. How do I submit my application via email?
- Click on "Submit" button within the PDF form.
- A window will show up:

- If you want to use the email program on your computer send the email, choose "Desktop Email Program", and click on "OK". It will then open your defalut email program, filled out email receiver, subject and attach the data file automatically. You can now send out the data file via email.
- If you want to use an internet-based email service, such as Gmail, Yahoo Mail etc., please choose "Internet Email" or "Other" then click on "OK".

- Next screen will guide you to save the data file to your local computer. Click on "Save Data File" button in Step 1. You will be prompted to choose where to save the file and how you'd like to name it. The data file is in XML format and will have an extension of ".xml".

- The screenshot above also lists email information in Step 2. Copy and paste or simply type them into the email program/service you are using. Attach the data file you just saved and send out the email.
I use Lotus Notes to send emails. But when I try to submit the PDF application via email, it always opens up Microsoft Outlook. How should I change it so the correct email program will be launched?
- Open Internet Explorer. From the menu choose "Tools". Then click on "Internet Options".
- Click on "Programs" Tab. Check if correct email program is chosen for "Email" field. If not, select preferred program name from the drop-down list, then click on OK to save and exit.
I tried to submit an online application, but it kept saying the budget that I input was wrong?
Please check if you have input only digits, no dollar sign, commas or space were included.
