What is the CityMatCH Technical Assistance Service?
The CityMatCH Technical Assistance (TA) Service is a service provided by CityMatCH staff, CityMatCH member experts, and CityMatCH partner organizations to member city and county health departments' maternal and child health (MCH) programs and leaders. As a member, you may request, on behalf of your health department, Technical Assistance around a particular issue or need in your health department / community.
Examples of TA requests include: Perinatal Periods of Risk (PPOR) workshops, life course / infant mortality expert workgroup / summits, expert presentations, meeting facilitation, strategic planning, facilitation of concept mapping, and data analysis.
How do I request Technical Assistance?
Making a request is simple!
E-Mail Request: If you would prefer to send your request by e-mail, please put the following information in the subject line: ‘TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE REQUEST – [name of your health department]’. In the body of the e-mail, please provide a brief description of the problem or the type of assistance you need. Also, please be sure to include your name and complete contact information. Then, send the message to email@example.com.
Telephone Request: If you would prefer to speak with someone directly, please give us a call at 402-552-9500.
What Happens Next?
Once the Technical Assistance request successfully received, CityMatCH will review the request and designate an appropriate staff member to follow up with you.
