**Before You Go...

Please consider supporting local public health by purchasing a small item for an infant (0-6 month old) or a young mother, to be dropped off at the registration desk.  Donations will be collected for the Chatham Perinatal Home Program, a partnership between the public health home visiting nurse and the mother to improve infant health outcomes and overall family well-being.

Mothers in the program tend to be low-income, minority teenagers who are in need of items as diverse as infant care essentials, nursery items, maternal health & beauty products, or lifestyle accessories (nail polish, gift cards, etc.). New, portable items will be accepted at the registration desk. Please contact Maureen Fitzgerald at or 402-552-9585 with questions. All rights reserved©
