Once you have booked your reservation, you will be required to provide your confirmation number to GO Airport Express agents and/or drivers as proof of your advanced reservation confirmation.  Please print your confirmation information and bring this information with you to the airport terminal lower level baggage claim area where GO Airport Express shuttle services are located. 

Travel by Train:
From O'Hare International Airport, take the Blue Line train to the Monroe/Dearborn stop. Take Monroe east to the hotel. The Palmer House is on the south side of the street approximately 1-1/2 blocks from the train stop.

From Midway Airport, take the Orange Line from Midway to downtown. Get off at the Adams/Wabash stop. The Palmer House is located on the west side of Wabash Avenue.  Simply go down the stairs, through door and into the Palmer House.

Travel by Taxi:
The fee for taxi service from Midway to the Palmer House ranges between $25-$35 and $35-$45 from O’Hare.

Parking:
Parking onsite at the Palmer House Hilton is $51 for 24 hours.
Public parking is also available at 55 East Monroe Street (Monroe and Wabash) and is $38 for 24 hours.
