General Reservation Information:

• Room Rate - $149 per night (plus 15.4% tax) for single/double occupancy rooms. Rates are available from Friday, September 10 through Tuesday, September 14, 2010 and up to three days pre- and post-conference based on availability.
• The room block ends on Friday, August 20, 2010. After this time, reservations will be accepted on a space and rate availability basis only.
• Check-in time is 3:00 pm, check-out time is 11:00 am.
• All reservations must be guaranteed with a major credit card and cancellations are required at least 24 hours in advance.
• Cancellations must be made directly with the hotel to avoid charges.
