General Reservation Information:
  • Room Rate - $169 per night (plus 15.5% tax) for single/double occupancy rooms. Rates are available from Friday, September 16, 2011 through Tuesday,
    September 20, 2011     and up to three days pre- and post-conference based on availability.
  • The reservation cut-off date is Thursday, August 25, 2011. After this time, reservations will be accepted on a space and rate availability basis only.
  • Check-in time is 3:00 pm, and check-out time is 12:00 pm.
  • All reservations must be guaranteed with a major credit card and cancellations are required at least 72 hours in advance.
  • Cancellations must be made directly with the hotel to avoid charges.
TRANSPORTATION
Travel by Shuttle from the San Francisco Airport
CityMatCH has arranged a special discounted rate with GO Lorrie's Airport Shuttle for your airport transfers to and from the Parc 55 Wyndham Hotel at Union Square in San Francisco.

Please visit the reservation site to book your one-way or round-trip airport transfer reservation from the San Francisco Airport.  (One-way is $14 and Round-trip is $26.)

Collect your luggage and proceed to the upper level, middle island, and locate the red boarding zone. Inform the SFO curbside staff member (wearing a navy blue jacket) that you have a pre-paid ticket with GO Lorrie’s so that they can assist you with your transportation. Be sure to bring your web ticket or reservation number for the driver.  For changes to your reservation, call 415-334-9000. Shuttles run every 10-15 minutes.
Travel by Bay Area Rapid Transit (BART)
From the San Francisco Airport: take any train heading toward Downtown San Francisco/Powell Street, including all of the following lines: Pittsburgh Bay Point, Richmond, Pleasanton, Dublin and Freemont. Depart the train at the Powell Street stop; the hotel is located just steps from the station.

From the Oakland Airport: Take the AirBART shuttle to the Coliseum/Oakland Airport BART Station on San Leandro Blvd. (The fee is $3 – exact change only).  Board a San Francisco/Daly City bound train. Take the Powell/4th Street Exit (It is the 3rd San Francisco Stop) - Use the Hallidie Plaza Exit for the Parc 55 Wyndham Hotel.
Travel by Taxi
The fee for taxi service from the San Francisco Airport to the Parc 55 Wyndham Hotel ranges between $45-$55 and $60+ from the Oakland Airport.
Parking
Valet Parking is available on-property and includes in and out privileges. The rates are $48 per day for a regular size vehicle and $58 per day for oversized vehicles. Hourly rates for hotel guests and visitors are $10 for the first hour, $4 for each additional half hour, with a maximum of $48 after 5 hours.
