General Reservation Information:

  • Room Rate - $114.00 per night (plus 14.85% tax) for single/double occupancy rooms. Rates available Friday, September 19, 2008 through Tuesday, September 22, 2008 and up to three days pre and post conference based on availability.
  • The room block ends Friday, August 29, 2008. After this time, reservations will be accepted on a space and rate availability basis only.
  • Check-in time is 3:00 pm, check-out time is 12:00 Noon.
  • All reservations must be guaranteed with a major credit card or one night's room and tax, refundable up to 24 hours in advance of the arrival date.
  • Cancellations must be made directly with the hotel to avoid charges.
