Mission
Provide guidance and oversight for CityMatCH activities related to:
(1) Board Governance;
(2) Membership; and,
(3) Organizational Direction.
Current Areas of Focus
Leadership transition, member engagement, board of director's composition and structure, member outreach, assessment of the organization.
Benefits to Members
Members will have the opportunity to:
1. interact with skilled MCH focused public health professionals from around the nation;
2. provide direction and leadership to the fabric of the urban MCH membership organization;
3. learn new skills and enhance current skills in leadership development, organization design and structure.
Expectations of Members
Members will be expected to:
1. participate in all sponsored OE monthly conference calls;
2. share feedback, products, results and experiences between calls;
3. help shape, implement and evaluate CityMatCH organization design and flow;
4. make contributions and to provide feedback on the development of the organization.
